Contact messages
The form collects your name or nickname, email address, subject and message, and an optional organisation name. These details are used to answer your request, manage permissions or deal with rights-related questions. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in handling correspondence; pre-contractual steps may apply when you request a permission or agreement.
The message is sent to the site’s contact mailbox, not stored in a public catalogue. Ordinary correspondence is kept only as long as necessary, normally up to twelve months after the last exchange. Permissions, disputes and records needed to establish rights may be kept longer where justified by the applicable obligations and limitation periods.
Access and recipients
Only the publisher reads contact messages. The mailbox is hosted solely by Infomaniak; its authorised personnel may access data where necessary to provide and secure the service. Messages are not sold, rented or used to subscribe you to marketing. Required fields are indicated on the form; without them the form cannot process a request.
Necessary cookies and abuse prevention
Only the contact page creates a necessary session cookie, used for form security and confirmation. A technical record derived from the IP address by a keyed hash limits repeated submissions on a rolling hour. Older entries are removed on the next submission check. This is pseudonymisation, not guaranteed anonymity. It does not contain your message. No advertising or audience analytics script is included in this website.
Reaction searches
Search runs on this website without an external AI service, a search history database or an advertising identifier. Instant searches use a request body rather than putting your words into an endpoint URL. A submitted search can still appear in a page address or browser history; hosting access logs may contain requested URLs. Do not enter confidential information.
Hosting and external services
The website and its email service are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Technical server logs may be processed for hosting security. Social platforms are linked, not embedded: their own privacy rules apply when you choose to visit them.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing, subject to the conditions provided by law. Contact the controller at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
AI permissions do not include private correspondence
Permission to learn from public ZTIKIX artwork does not cover contact messages, private files, credentials or personal data submitted through the form.
